1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to your access to and use of the bjbagi website, mobile-optimised platform and all associated services ("Platform", "Service") operated under the brand name bjbagi ("bjbagi", "we", "us", "our").

bjbagi is an online casino and sports betting platform designed for adult users. The Platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports — and related gaming content.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

2Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below:

3Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The bjbagi Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account and participate in any real-money gambling activity. Where there is a conflict between the local age of majority and the operator's minimum age requirement, the higher of the two applies.

bjbagi takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a User is under the required minimum age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all activity reviewed, any winnings forfeited and deposits returned where procedurally possible. We encourage parents and guardians to install parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the bjbagi Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an Account. Online gambling is subject to Pakistani law including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable regulations. bjbagi does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

3.3 Personal Eligibility

You are not eligible to register an Account if you:

• Are under the minimum age required by these Terms or by the operator's license jurisdiction;
• Are acting on behalf of another person or entity for gambling purposes;
• Are currently subject to a self-exclusion order from bjbagi or any related platform;
• Are an employee, contractor, agent or close associate of bjbagi or its technology partners, in a capacity that could create a conflict of interest;
• Reside in or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

4Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the bjbagi Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, you must contact support immediately.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. bjbagi reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify bjbagi immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bjbagi will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bjbagi may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (such as a valid CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested will have withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

5Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The bjbagi Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, resell access, or permit any third party to use your Account.

5.2 Accurate Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable game rules or sportsbook rules published on the Platform. You must not act in a manner intended to defraud bjbagi or other users.

5.3 Platform Availability

bjbagi makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control — including internet connectivity limitations across Pakistan — may result in temporary service interruptions. bjbagi accepts no liability for losses arising directly from Platform unavailability.

5.4 Accuracy of Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for digital games, or by physical equipment operated under supervised conditions for live dealer games. bjbagi records are the final authority on game outcomes in the event of a dispute. If a technical malfunction affects a game result, bjbagi reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes.

6Deposits & Payments

6.1 Deposit Methods

Available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Methods may change without prior notice. For context, payment services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — are referenced as local payment infrastructure. bjbagi does not represent that any of these providers endorse, permit or support gambling transactions.

6.2 Currency

The Platform displays balances in PKR where configured to do so. If your deposit is processed in a foreign currency, conversion rates applicable at the time of transaction will apply. You are responsible for understanding any currency conversion implications before depositing.

6.3 Deposit Conditions

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method, as displayed in the cashier. bjbagi reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• bjbagi does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits must come from a lawfully sourced personal account. bjbagi may conduct source-of-funds checks as part of its due diligence obligations.

6.4 Failed Deposits

If a deposit fails to credit your Account, retain your transaction reference number and contact support via live chat. bjbagi will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within a reasonable timeframe, subject to cooperation from the payment provider.

7Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance subject to: (a) completion of KYC to bjbagi's satisfaction; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Balances; and (c) your Account being in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified Account identity. bjbagi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Available withdrawal methods are displayed in the live cashier; they are subject to change without notice.

7.3 Processing Times

bjbagi does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Processing times are estimates only and depend on the selected method, compliance review requirements and any technical factors at the time of request. Contact support for current indicative estimates.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and per account tier, as displayed in the cashier at the time of request. bjbagi reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.

8Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional incentives ("Bonuses") issued by bjbagi are subject to their specific promotional terms, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Balances are subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages and expiry period will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the stated period results in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

bjbagi reserves the right to void Bonuses and cancel associated winnings where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk arbitrage bets to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures.

8.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users who have not previously held an Account on the Platform. Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address or payment method is permitted. bjbagi reserves the right to withdraw any welcome bonus offered to users who do not meet eligibility criteria.

8.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used, activated or wagered within their stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation. Check individual promotion terms for applicable expiry dates.

9Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Acceptance of Bets

bjbagi reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on live cricket markets (such as PSL T20 or ICC events), football, UFC or any other sport, where there is reason to believe the bet was placed in error, exploits an obvious pricing mistake, or constitutes suspicious wagering activity.

9.2 Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest or palpable error in odds — including odds that are materially misquoted due to human or technical error — bjbagi reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the players affected.

9.3 Void Events

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond a defined period or otherwise rendered void under applicable market rules, bets will be settled according to the standard void rules applicable to that market. Stakes on voided bets are returned in full.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

bjbagi may apply maximum winnings caps per bet, per game session or per day. Where applicable, maximum winnings limits will be displayed at the point of wagering or in the relevant game or sport rules.

10Responsible Gambling

bjbagi is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible at any time through your Account settings or by contacting support.

Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable way to generate income or recover financial losses. If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature and seek professional help from a recognised support organisation.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bjbagi Platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting counterfeit identity documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw proceeds of crime or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering systems or any automated mechanism to place bets without genuine manual player involvement, unless expressly permitted.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes against deposits after receiving gaming services.
• Abuse of Support Staff: Threatening, harassing or abusing bjbagi support personnel in any communication channel.

Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended, all pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and potentially face legal action. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct are void and will be forfeited.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the bjbagi Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, data compilations and underlying code — is the property of bjbagi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; or create derivative works based on bjbagi content without express written consent.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjbagi's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to your Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjbagi shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunity;
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure or external factors;
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bjbagi support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after satisfying outstanding conditions will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by bjbagi

bjbagi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: you breach these Terms; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; you fail to complete KYC; or we are required to do so by law or regulatory direction.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, all pending bonus balances are immediately voided. Real Money Balances will be reviewed and returned where no outstanding obligations exist. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with the bjbagi Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bjbagi's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the operator's license conditions.

bjbagi operates an internal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, you should first contact support via live chat, providing full details of the issue and any relevant transaction references. bjbagi will acknowledge your complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms removes your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

16Amendments to These Terms

bjbagi reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.
